Hi, I’m Shayla. I started Body Like Yours because I know firsthand how hard it can be to balance fitness, nutrition, and life. As a busy wife, entrepreneur, and coach, I’ve been where so many of my clients are—feeling frustrated by inconsistent results and overwhelmed by conflicting advice.

With over 13 years of experience in strength training and almost a decade of coaching, I’ve learned that real, lasting results come from sustainable habits, not quick fixes. I’m passionate about helping women break free from the ‘all or nothing’ mentality and teaching them how to nourish, move, and love their bodies in a way that feels empowering.
